Privacy Policy

The Decision is a draft assistant for fantasy basketball. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Waitlist. If you give us your email address to hear about the product before your draft, we store that address, the page you gave it on, and the date. Nothing else, and we do not need an account for it. We use it to email you about this product only — never to sell, share, or profile you. Ask us and we will delete it.

Account data. When you create an account we store your email address and authentication details, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).

Draft data. The Decision does not connect to Yahoo, ESPN, or any other fantasy platform account. League settings and draft picks you type in are stored server-side to power your live board. Sleeper's public draft API may optionally be used to read publicly available draft data you point us at; it is never required. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.

Payments. The Decision does not process payments today; monetization is deferred. This section will be updated before any purchase flow ships.

Analytics. We collect basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not use advertising trackers.

The Decision is operated by an independent developer and is not affiliated with the NBA, Yahoo, ESPN, or Sleeper.
