Terms of Service

The Decision provides decision-support tools for season-long fantasy basketball. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What we provide. Player valuations, cheat sheets, and a live draft companion. Projections and values are estimates, provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy or fantasy results.

Your account. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its data.

Purchases. The Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the stated NBA season, processed by Stripe. If the live draft sync fails for your draft and manual mode doesn't reasonably cover it, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

Third-party services. Yahoo Fantasy data is accessed with your authorization and remains subject to Yahoo's terms. The Decision is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yahoo or the NBA.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
