Terms of Service

The Decision provides decision-support tools for season-long fantasy basketball. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What we provide. Player valuations, cheat sheets, and a live draft companion. Projections and values are estimates, provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy or fantasy results.

Your account. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its data.

Purchases. The Decision does not charge for access today; monetization is deferred. If that changes, this section will state the price, what it covers, and the refund policy before any checkout ships.

Third-party services. The Decision does not connect to Yahoo, ESPN, or any other fantasy platform account — draft data is entered manually, or optionally read from Sleeper's public draft API by choice. The Decision is not affiliated with or endorsed by Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, or the NBA.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
